I have been eyeing this product for a couple of years now. I was hesitant to purchase one because of the price, but two because I have all these same tools, just in a separate package. However, my life now is such that I am traveling and there was a substantial sale so I did it, and I am so happy I did. Pros: I love the temperature controls allowing for lower heat when styling and drying wet hair, as well as the scalp control allowing for you not to burn the fire out of your face when styling the front sections. I love the convince of having all these features in one tool. I really like the quality of the style I am able to achieve. Cons: I have really long thick hair, so no matter what product I use it is going to take time to section and style my hair. With that being said this is slightly on the heavy side. I also felt like the balance was odd, and will take some getting used to when using the tools as the tool attachment extend the overall length making it something to get used to. The last con is the fact that it is several pieces, so while it is easier to travel with because it is more compact than all these tools separately, I will need to look for a travel case to keep it all together. While I do not feel the cons are worth a deduction in stars, it is something to consider if something has limitations with their mobility. Overall I am super happy with my purchase and would recommend it. ... show more

I loved this at first! Shortly after the return window closed, though, it began having issues. The round brush began “overheating” the wand after about 10 seconds of it turning on. There was no dust in the filter, but I cleaned it anyway. I cleaned the terminals with a clean, dry microfiber cloth, yet it continued sporadically. Over time, it’s become more and more frequent, however, it wasn’t a deal breaker for me yet. I’ve owned this for 4 months at this point, and this morning, it would not stay on when using the straightener attachment. It would automatically adjust the heat to the highest level and turn the fan on (it was on the lowest dry setting, and I turned the fan off, as I’ve done many times). I gave up on it and stuffed it in a box this morning, and dug out my old hair dryer and flat iron. Another thing — don’t be fooled by the claims it uses less heat. It absolutely does not. The tools get WAY hotter than anything I’ve ever used, and it’s fried my hair (I use heat protectant and the lowest heat settings every single time). Don’t waste your money. ... show more

I love my Shark Flex Fusion! So many different tools in one. The handle is a bit bulky, and it’s heavier than I thought it would be, but once you get used to it, it’s great! I really like it. It works great. I just feel like it’s a little overpriced for what it is. Don’t get me wrong. It’s great quality and has all the fancy heat settings and different hair attachments that I really like but I have a similar one made by a different brand that’s half the price and I’m not convinced it’s worth that much more. Everything works great my curls fall out right after doing them, but I think that’s more of a hair texture issue than a styling tool issue. I've had my Flexfusion for a few months at this point, at first I thought it wasn't working out but after tinkering with it and figuring out the settings, I love it! My hair is bleached and damaged and this tool works beautifully on it. I cant use hot tools on my hair anymore but this works great and doesn't damage my hair. Easy to use and controls frizz.
