Really nice set and the price is great. The mits are just the right size. Not way up to your elbow, but just perfect to protect your forearms. I am average in size and arm length. I used the mits on a cast iron skillet from a 450 degree oven and I had no trouble holding on to that heavy hot pan. The added silicone really helps with grip. I would recommend these for regular kitchen use.

I ordered this to eliminate native drawer space. This was most helpful to use the hook & place it on the side of the refrigerator. Not only make the drawer space that I needed. It also made the pot holders more readily handy to use.

Gloves are a little too big and hard to use. I’m a grown man with big hands, but these gloves make it hard to carry pans. The other holders are great. Direct opposite. Lightweight and easy to use against the heat of a scorching pan handle

I bought these to use in a commercial kitchen where I was cooking for a children's camp. I love the silicone on the surface that kept the huge baking sheets from slipping as we pulled them in and out of oven. Also, the gloves come long enough to protect your wrists. They could have been a little but thicker. They were ok to just drop pan from oven to the table in front of the oven but when the pans needed to be taken to the racks, so held a little longer, you really started feeling the heat. Overall, it was a good purchase.

This configuration of over mitts/gloves/plastic trivet is a repurchase on Amazon. I love the mitts and the plastic squares for taking hot dishes out of the oven, microwave, and bread warming drawer. First set was gray and I went for navy this time. They clean up with warm water & Dawn dishwashing liquid. I have bought them as part of housewarming gift baskets. Folks love them - and you will, too!
