So far so good. We have only had a few days, so it's early. They need to ask for reviews after 30 days, etc. Not 2 days. This was a "renewed" product. Everything like brand new, perfect. New odor element, new pre filters (2), new sealed HEPA filter, brand new as advertised. Very quiet, on low and medium fan I cannot hear it. It does sense well, went to 70% after oven smoke occurred and "cleaned" for 20 minutes back to 100%. It weights 12 pounds. Easy to understand operations. Would suggest they would include operations manual in box. Not easy to get off the internet for layman. Would recommend as a "To buy" OK product easily so far. Transaction was good and delivery was fast as well. When in Auto mode I cannot hear at 1 meter away.

This Shark Air Purifier with NeverChange Air Filter Technology works so well that I ended up buying a second one. The first was used in my daughter’s dorm room, where the girls were constantly dealing with coughs and allergy issues. After setting it up, we noticed a huge difference, within about a week, the coughing and allergy symptoms were gone. It runs very quietly, which is perfect for sleeping or studying. I also love that it comes with an odor neutralizer, and replacements are easy to purchase on Amazon when needed. It’s efficient, reliable, and truly makes a difference in air quality. The title says it all! I've been through 4 other air filters and all have NOT lived up to their claims. Im a smoker but my wife is not and she has mild issues with her sinuses. I've designed and installed a air system that removes the air in the room and blows it into the attic. But the vents are in the ceiling so we still need a good filter system down low. I had been looking at the SHARK unit for few weeks and decided to take a chance. After I hooked it up and went through the quick and easy instructions I turned it on the AUTO function and let it do it's thing. My wife returned home from work and asked if I had been outside all day. I said no and that I had been inside, and asked her "Why"? She said that she didn't smell any cigarettes or stale smoke smell. This filter is definitely worth the money! It does a great job removing fine dust particles and it's very quiet. It's amazing how good it works compared to the size. It's small for a entire house filter. It picks up kitchen odors 3 rooms away. And cleaning the pre filters is super easy and makes the main filter last much longer. Dollar for dollar, this filter is probably the best unit I've had the experience of using. And it saves you money because you don't have to buy a new filter every 3 months.

After a couple of weeks of using the Shark NeverChange Air Purifier Max, I’m impressed with its performance. It’s a powerful unit with some standout features, but there are also a few things I wish were different. Here’s my in-depth review. Performance – Impressive Air Cleaning Power One of the biggest reasons I chose this purifier was its ability to clean up to 1,400 sq. ft. of air per hour—and it delivers. The built-in odor neutralizer is also a great touch, helping to keep the air fresh. What really stood out to me was how well it handled smoke from my wood-burning fireplace. The moment it detected the smoke, it kicked into high gear and cleared the air without hesitation. That level of responsiveness gives me confidence that it’s effectively maintaining indoor air quality. Cost Savings – A Long-Lasting Filter with No Subscriptions One huge perk of this purifier is the 5-year filter life. Unlike other brands that require frequent and costly filter replacements—or even force you into a subscription plan—this one is designed to last. That’s a huge cost savings over time! Usability – Auto Mode Needs Some Tweaks While the purifier works well, I noticed a small issue with the Auto Mode. When the fan is off, it takes a lot of dirty air buildup before the unit starts up again. This means that instead of maintaining consistently clean air, the purifier waits until the air quality worsens significantly before reacting. A more proactive approach in Auto Mode would be a great improvement. Design – Functional but Bulky This is where my biggest complaint comes in. While I rarely write reviews I’m going to on this one. This is a refurbished unit, I knew that when I was purchasing it. What I didn’t realize is that checking elsewhere would have saved me money and I would have gotten a better unit with a remote for about the same price. The unit itself works well. There is a smoker in the household, the main reason for this purchase, and it scrubs the air adequately. It takes awhile for it to work, that’s normal. The odor neutralizer helps in this area, that’s a cartridge that inserts in the top. It is very quiet on the low setting but does have a white noise effect on the higher settings. The model is some what large but works fine in the corner with adequate air flow. It has a sleep timer that I use at night. Overall it’s been a few weeks and it’s a good product.
