This little guy works great. Perfect little coffee maker for a small space. Easy to clean and comes with 2 little containers for making coffee. One for little k cup types of coffee and one for ground. I have tried out both and they work great. I just wish the coffee would come out a little stronger.

Love this 1 cup maker. I can make my hot ginger tea and also coffee. And yes I did buy the 3 year warranty on it too.I don't take the water container out, I pour water into that, so the seal doesn't get worn out. Didn't come with anything to tell if has separate filters that needs to be cleaned or changed out like the other ones I have purchased in the past. I don't use the K Cups, I use a fine grind coffee and when I put it for a strong cup I can use less grounds in the container. So that too is a plus and savings on coffee! Will see how it does over the 3 years and see if it lasts 3 years or not!

Seriously, I belive your policy is if it's sent back, put some new tape on the box, & put it back on the shelf for the next sucker! Time to look elsewhere for everything. Amazon can fail just like Woolworth, Kmart, Sears, etc. We make that happen.

This coffee pot makes a great cup of coffee really fast! It holds enough water to not have to refill very often! Works better than any coffee pot I have tried before! Hopefully it last a long time. I love it so far

The media could not be loaded. While you can't beat this little unit and almost every way, it has not been electrical tested by underwriter Laboratories! I'm sure this is why the instructions tell you to unplug it after every use. That being said, it is a nice little unit if you are willing to stand there while using it and unplug it after each use. Watch me make a cup of coffee in the video using a pod. About 5 minutes, but some of that time is spent explaining things. It's actually a pretty fast brew. A couple things I didn't mention in the video? In addition to making coffee with a pod or grounds, this makes iced coffee. I believe it can also make tea using a tea bag, but I'm not 100% sure on that, but I see no reason why it wouldn't. I don't have a lot of shelf space in this one bedroom apartment, so the small footprint is a big deal for me. They tell you to clean it before using it, which is simply a matter of running three cups of water through it without any coffee or tea. Bingo bingo Bongo. I don't see any leaks, and the cleaning was easy. The design seems to be perfect as is the functionality. The instructions are very easy to understand. If I can figure this unit out quickly after only skimming through the directions? Anyone can.
