The machine is easy to set up and use. It gets the job done for basic espresso shots, cappuccinos, and lates. It does seem to leak a little from the milk frother especially during cleanup, which is you didn't realize has to be done before any extended period (15 mins or more is my recommendation) of use. Otherwise, the milk will begin to get warm and not be fresh. However, for the money and my daily morning caffeine delivery it is just fine. It seems well built and unless it has an internal issue with heating, pumping, or frothing, I have no reason to believe it won't last me a good amount of time, especially for the money. Easy to set up and works as intended. I had 2 major issues. There was a strong taste of something in the system which did not go away completely after repeated cleaning cycles. May be had to keep doing it over many days. The other one was the low temperature of the coffee and the milk. I tell baristas to make my coffee extra hot. Wasn't impressed with the quality of the end produce (the coffee) It may be the way I made it, the grind, the brother setting, the water, or a number of other factors but I was not enjoying the end product. The milk frother is useless to me. I'd probably give it 0 stars. That's okay, because I have purchased a separate milk frother which I love. The espresso machine itself is fantastic for the price range, and I would give it 5 stars. I highly recommend buying this machine, taking off the milk frother and buying a separate good one. I look forward to making espresso every morning now and literally wish I could make and drink it all day and all night. I used to drink Sbux espresso to wake up.
