Nothing to dislike about this coffee grinder. Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son who had been using a cheap 35 year old Cuisinart grinder I had stashed away. He thought he didn't need 1 until he tried it but now he's sold. I have a $200 Breville grinder & I'm actually jealous! Before I wrapped it for Christmas, I took it out of thr box to see if it even compared to my grinder & I'm sorry I did. This grinder is a very worthy competitor, maybe even better, than my grinder that cost 2 1/2 times as much. It was extremely well packaged & was not cheaply made. My son was even surprised that the non-static grounds container actually means just that & really works. It makes very consistent grind & not any louder than my Breville & not nearly as loud as the old grinder he had been using. If you're looking for a coffee grinder but wondering if it's worth more than a cheap guess O grinder that just chops up your beans finer & finer u til you stop it, look no further than this burr grinder--not only will you NOT be disappointed but you'll wonder how you ever made coffee without it.     • It keeps stop working.
I like the machine. It is easy to use, but it keeps stop grinding too often. It say overheating but it happens even before started grinding the beans for the first espresso of the day. Need to deep clean?! Yes, I did that, too, but still not working. Wait for 10 min as instruction says. Still doesn't work. Then all the sudden it starts working. I can't deal with the inconsistency. Contacted customer service, but there is no reply. It's too bad. I really wanted to have a replacement, but not about to pay for it again since it is less than a year old. ... show more

    • NOT anti-static. Very nice though!
Still haven't figured out how to make it work with the large grounds chamber. I have to keep the portafilter attachment on for the magnetic connection to allow it to work. Held at an angle it still works just fine. Not an inconvenience to me. This thing is absolutely NOT anti-static. However, quick little mist of water on beans helps with that. Little trick that is becoming more well-known. If you don't mist beans before grinding, it doesn't matter what grind setting it is on, there will be a little mess left behind. Touch screen works well. Slightly annoying having to hold down the seconds + to increase the grind time. If grinding more than one cup I will just keep pressing the on button over and over. Giving it a second or two between grinds keeps it cooler too. Not perfect and definitely not what it advertises as "anti-static" but with a quick spray of water on the beans, it is pretty good. ... show more
