I am so pleased to have received this coffee grinder. It is very sturdy and well made. It is relatively quite when grinding - not obnoxiously loud like some of the small grinders. It is relatively easy to use and you can customize the amount of coffee you are grinding. It is a very cool design. I like that I can leave it on my counter filled with coffee beans and use as needed, instead of having to put away a smaller grinder each time I use it. I probably didn't need something this big for my use but it looks great, and has gotten me to try other coffee beans besides Folger's. I can't wait to use this when we have holiday parties or dinner guests. I will definitely be the envy of the coffee lover's.

This grinder is a beast, much stronger, more consistent, and faster than the cheap little grinder I've used for the last 3 years. I was a little lost at first but that's why instructions exist lol. Now I'm a pro using it! I've been grinding beans for everyone

This is a quality grinder. It's easy to use and quiet. It fits nicely on the counter next to the espresso machine and looks beautiful. The instructions are a bit confusing but once you figure it out, it's easy to use. It grinds superfine espresso and you can put your portafilter. I would recommend it, it is a very good value for the money.

This grinder is a fantastic addition to any coffee lover's kitchen. The grind settings are easy to adjust, allowing you to achieve the perfect grind for espresso, drip coffee, or any other brewing method. Overall, this is a fantastic grinder and it’s worth the money. It’s quieter than many other grinders out there and it gives you a really consistent grind for a good cup of coffee. I’ve been using various espresso machines and grinders for years and this grinder is up there as far as performance. I currently use a Mignon Specialita that I got bought for around the same price. This Gaggia grinder is probably its main competitor and was likely heavily inspired by the Specialita. The design and form factor is very similar to the Specialita but I prefer the brushed metal look of this one compared to the chrome look of my machine. It looks great if you also have the brushed metal Gaggia espresso machines. The hopper is also much nicer on the Gaggia Just about every else is the same which is not a bad thing because the Specialita is a fantastic grinder which makes this a fantastic grinder too.

The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this espresso/coffee grinder. It is adjustable, allowing you to adjust the grind and production amount to suit your needs. The grind quality is excellent, making for a delicious espresso every time. The hopper holds a reasonable amount of coffee beans and seals well, keeping the beans fresh. The grinder can be used at small coffee shops or in the comfort of your own home. It is expensive, but the quality is superb and the grind is excellent. I love how customizable it is. Everything is exceptional, and I recommend looking into this item.

I've used my Breville Smart Grinder for the past few years for context, before just switching to this Gaggia. I must say it is a pretty substantial difference! For starts I've always had issues with previous grinders not having enough granularity in the steps on the grind fineness. This has to be the best controls I've ever used! On a super nerdy approach, this machine actually tightens the particle spread, which gives brighter fruit notes and a cleaner finish on your espresso. This machine also is very quite compared to most common grinders which I really appreciate for my morning espresso routine without waking up the entire house! The one hiccup for me was the portafilter fork, which sized for 58 mm, so I had to 3d print a spacer for the Breville’s 54 mm basket. Overall, if you buy specialty beans and drink straight espresso, the clarity and precision gains from this are 100% worth it!
