Broke after third use bottom of blender cup connects to bottom thread is plastic broke when turned on all the threads came flying out no replacement parts for this model so junk now! Don't buy this blender!

I've been using it 3 or more times a week to make frozen fruit smoothies. I always throw in some ice as well and it has blended the hard chunks of both without any issues. I bought this blender 2 months ago and unfortunately it developed a defect on the base, which wore out and caused the blade to stop spinning. I was disappointed because I didn’t expect a problem so soon. However, I contacted the brand directly and their customer service was excellent — they responded quickly and sent me a replacement unit. Makes great a Mock margarita. I was a bit put off when I ground my coffee beans and had a bit of a time trying to get the grinder off, but when I figured it out it is easy. Probably not great for someone with arthritis. Works well as new. blades are sharp {again as new.} slurpy fine for frozen drinks, several speeds and a pulse. It seems durable , but only time will tell. The grinder and blender are easily fit into the lock position. And I will say again, maintaining this will prolong the life. And keep in mind that this is a good money value but sometimes you get what you pay for. So to my surprise it was a great buy . Four stars for the issue with the grinder ... show more

Love it! It's sturdy and powerful. I'm so glad I chose a blender with thick glass and a removable bottom for easier and more thorough cleaning than a cheap one-piece plastic model. No more BHP! Plus coffee grinder works like a champ, too!
