The 1st one ordered was missing the K-cup adapter but they instantly sent a new one without question. (I sent back the one missing a part) I love the look and versatility of this machine. It does take a few minutes to brew but, since it's so compact, I don't mind that but it is something to think about if you are looking for coffee on demand. The taste is the same as a Keurig. As to the cost of this machine, I feel as though it is comparable to Keurig but comes with more versatility as it doesn't require a K-cup. You can use your own favorite coffees! It holds more water than the one cup Keurig as well. (at least the one I tried) Overall, I feel that you're getting more "bank for your buck" with this machine. Totally recommend.

This perfect little unit is awesome. It’s got the three baskets with it and another one in there we’re just throwing a teabag in there if you want. It’s a great price it’s small very easy to use I’m blown away at how well it works and how fast it gets water hot would highly suggest this! it’s just a little bit louder than others I’ve seen but it’s very temporary so we deal with it no problems

This is a terrific little coffeemaker. It's small enough to keep in my office, but is certainly packs a punch for its size! Many single-serve coffee makers require that you add water for every cup -- this has a removable water tank, which is a great convenience. If you don't want to use those plastic K-cups, you can use your own ground coffee or tea. There is a flashing light to remind you when your machine needs to be descaled, and there is also a self-cleaning function. Drip tray is removable to accommodate your taller travel mugs, and there are five brew sizes. For the price ($69.99 at the time of this review), you can't beat it. I don't think you could find another coffee maker at this price point with all of these features.

My wife is the coffee drinker here and she's told me how much she likes this machine. For one thing it offers a wider variety of brewing cup sizes than her 'brand K' machine; another big plus is the reuseable brewing 'pods' that it comes with so she can buy cheaper-priced ground coffee and make her own imitation k-cups. I don't know if those would work in the 'brand K' machine but they sure aren't about to provide you with the ability to use other than their own style brewing pods; none came with her 'brand K' machine but this one includes a few of them. She likes this machine better than her 'brand K' machine.

I am surprised how much I like this coffee maker. It is so easy to use. The front panel has simple selections (on, size, and brew) which makes using the machine intuitively easy. You barely have to touch the panel to make your selections so arthritis isn't an issue. The sleek white looks so nice in my kitchen and is very easy to clean. I love that it has a clean sensor to remind me to descale it. The bottom has a removable plate so you can easily clean any spillage. The back tank is removable to make refilling easy. I upgraded from a simple pot brewer and having multiple cups worth of water stored back there is so nice. I only have to refill every 3rd or 4th cup. What really surprised me and makes me love this machine is its versatility though. You can use regular K-cups, use the included (4!) cups to put your own ground coffee in or use the other adapter to make a large size that you could split into 2 cups. Basically there are 2 base adapters: 1 for larger sized brews needing more coffee grounds and 1 that the k-cups fit into. Switching between them is as easy as pulling one out and sliding the other in. All of those parts are top shelf dishwasher safe (I have tested them and they work like a dream). And they give you 4! of the k cups if you want to use your own ground coffee. I know I mentioned that before but I am surprised and thankful they give you so many. No more buying filters, you don't have to buy expensive k-cups unless you want to and you get the ease of just popping one in and brewing a cup. I go ahead and prefill mine and keep them in my air tight coffee ground canister to make it even quicker to start a cup. If I could give this 4.5 stars I would but the only reason I'm not giving a full 5 is the front panel does look cheap. I have been using this multiple times daily for weeks now and its still working like a dream but I wouldn't be surprised if the panel breaks soon (if it does I will update this review). Also, for the size you have to scroll through the different sizes by pressing the size button multiple times. It remembers the last size you chose which is nice and not a deal breaker obviously. Just a little tedious and if you because the panel takes such a light touch to change the size it is easy to pass the size you want and have to scroll back through. I mean, we are talking seconds here, not a huge deal, just could be better.

This coffee maker is easy to figure out how to use it. I does come with instructions, but a coffee maker that isn’t a mystery to operate is a bonus is my opinion. I like to have a small k-cup maker for travel. This one is just the right size to put in a tote bag. Great for hotels, RVs, vacation house rentals, dormitories, office, or any other small kitchen space. The 40-ounce water tank is generous for a coffee maker this size. It is easy to fill the back tank. It takes a little longer for the water to heat up to brew than a standard coffee maker, which is only a small inconvenience. It makes a good cup of coffee in a choice of cup sizes. Most of these kinds of makers do not give the option to use a k-cup or ground coffee like this one does. I am impressed with this coffee maker and recommend it.
