I was super nervous to order this bed. I was looking for a good sturdy bed for my kids room that I could sit on as well and it wouldn’t break. lol. This bed is perfect. The media could not be loaded. Very pretty bed, did not like how everything was individually wrapped in plastic. Took me two and a half hours by myself to put it together mainly because I was having to unwrap every single piece. Would have been better if everything was just boxed together instead of wrapped with plastic. Some of the pieces were damaged and some were not fully coated. I had to buy spray paint to finish the job. The twin size is a bit shorter than most twin sizes. But overall will work for my almost 2-year-old. Didn't like the little snappy things you have to put it in at the bottom of the bed those were very difficult to place in. But we are happy with final results ... show more

I actually ordered this item for my elderly mother, who fell in love with the way it looked. It was extremely difficult to put together with many pieces. There are small plastic inserts that have to be put in that were near impossible. Once put together this bed is very unstable and cheaply made. The worst part about this purchase is I boxed everything back up perfectly and contacted the company to complete a return. Although they approve the return, I was responsible to pay postage to get the item back to them. I took the item to FedEx and the return postage was $120 which is almost the cost of the item. it is not even worth it to return which is disappointing because one of the reasons I love Amazon is the easy return process.
