I assembled the product myself-with my own tools, however, I recommend having some help close by if you plan on using the tools they give you. The first bedframe: The holes dont line up on the frame. Return shipping isnt free either. However customer service responded really fast. I thought i was getting replacement pieces, but they sent another set of the entire bedframe at no extra cost. Installation wasn’t too difficult by one person, and it looks great. This frame is cheaper than most you’ll find in any store. I knew not to expect much, but this frame has turned out to be great. i’ve had it for 6 months and there is no squeaking. it seems to be holding up good. 5 stars for me since it’s a well made frame for a good price

This bed says noise free but it’s actually noise-full. Easy assembly and it… works. I tried adjusting the wooden bars but it continually makes noise at every movement.
