Product itself is solid. It does wiggle when you move around on the loft bed, but I don't have problem with it too much. Once I find my "spot", the bed feels sturdy. It does the job and it's very well priced. I was more satisfied with the seller's customer service. I ordered this product to one of my friend's address by a mistake and had to reorder it to my primary residence. However, the wrong order to the wrong address was already delivered and it was too heavy for me to take it to a nearest FedEx. I asked for seller's help, and they were extra helpful and accommodating. It took quite an effort to help me return this, but the customer service representative went an extra mile to get the job done. Great product and great customer service!

Only negative feedback is that the bed is top heavy which is understandable but the anchor straps are not rugged enough to support the bed from tipping. Literally ripped the strap day one. Easy to assemble. Love the high weight limit.

The media could not be loaded. As a working musician living in a small apartment, storage for instruments/cases/etc. is a huge priority. After making very precise measurements, I found this loft to fit my needs. The build quality is fantastic per the price. It's an all-metal construction (assuming cheap steel) but definitely sturdier than I initially imagined. It builds confidence that the quoted "400lb weight limit" is accurate. Assembly with 2 people makes it easier. Instructions were straight forward. All of the bolts felt of good quality as well. It went together pretty seamlessly. I chose not to attach the ladder as I need to be able to move through the sides of the loft. However, I would note that without any padding at all, it looks like it'd probably be fairly uncomfortable on the feet, but sturdy nonetheless. I am very happy with this product and I still can't believe it was under $200!

I would like to start by addressing the issue people have said with the ladder not being able to be moved, if you want it near the wall like we did just switch the B1 and B2 panels to opposite sides from the instructions and then turn the bar the ladder screws to to put the ladder in the spot closest to the back. We originally assembled how the instructions explained but wanted the ladder away from our daughter ceiling fan so we just switched B1 and B2. Pretty easy. I will say its way taller than expected and we will be cutting the legs a bit to lower it so our daughter can sit up but that's out own issue. It is a bit wobbly but nothing a little engineering can't fix. We also bought too thick of a mattress so will have to rig up something to keep her from rolling out but that also isn't the manufacturers problem it's ours. Easy fix. All in all its a decent frame for the money and our daughter is excited to have more floor space in her room as its fairly small.

This is on me because I didn’t notice it in the pictures. There’s no entry point for the ladder- you’re literally expected to climb over the railing to get in and out of the bed. We got this for a kid and he can’t wiggle over the railing safely. I’m not taking this apart and shipping it back so I am modifying it myself to make it safer. Also, measure your ceilings first 😂😂 also on me, because I just didn’t think about it. I’ve bought two loft beds before and they were half this height I just didn’t realize how tall this thing was. Luckily my kid LOVES tight spaces so he’s thrilled but I would have a panic attack being that close to the ceiling. Otherwise, the materials are strong and well made, it looks great, instructions were decent (could have been better but I made it work) and I was able to assemble this myself in about 2 hours. If there was an option to have an entry point where the ladder connects this would be five stars.
