We bought this for our daughter as she traditions out of our bed and to her own room. We wanted something sturdy and that would last a while. We searched different frames and decided we liked this one. It is a great price for what you’re getting. It included all pieces that were needed and was very easy to set up. We love that she will be able to decorate the canopy to match her decor. I can’t comment on the sturdiness and longevity as we just received it and have yet to put her mattress on but I don’t foresee any issues with it. My wonderful husband has helped me put together my last 2 beds over the years and so he was adamant not to help with this one LOL. It arrives in a large box, and it is HEAVY so at least have someone help you bring it inside. It does come in many pieces, but the instructions are very very easy and they provide you the tools needed in the box. I was able to put it together by myself in about 35 to 45 minutes. This bed has proven to be sturdy, does not squeak yet but that is what good ol WD40 is for...and is just elegant! I have fairy lights wrapped around the entire bed and it looks stunning at night with those lights on. For the price, this QUEEN is amazing and I barley paid over $100!?! Crazy! I'm hoping it lasts us quite awhile, but so far I don't see why it wouldn't! Oh, and it's just tall enough that our dogs enjoy sleeping underneath of it. This is a steal and looks beautiful. I was worried at first that I wasn't an engineer when the box came, but every part was labeled and the directions extremely simple. Took me about 2.5 hours to build. The canopy part is not reinforced to the point that I would consider it safe for "adulting" without having to go and tighten the bolts each time and it will def need the "pillow" method between the wall and frame. ... show more

I like this bed. It looks really nice and is sturdy. Took time to put together, but was not difficult. What I do not like is that it weighed two hundred pounds and was left on the first floor (out in the yard) even though I live on the third floor, am disabled, and specified for it to be left on the third floor deck. In the future I will refuse delivery of heavy items left on the first floor! I had to pay extra to have it brought up to my apartment! The bed is nice! ... show more

I love my four poster black wrought iron bed frame it's for my queen size bed but I bought it so I could put my adjustable bed frame inside and it didn't fit so my mattress is really high up other than that it's very sturdy very clean elegant highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. So I looked through canopy beds for a month before ordering and this one had this best reviews so I chose this one. I’m so happy I did because it is so sturdy, and isn’t squeaky at all as of now! I’m 200lbs and my husband is 170 and it holds two grown adults just fine. It was super easy to put together my husband said. He did it alone in about an hour or 90 min. The only thing is the mattress does slide a little because there’s no ledge, but nothing serious and it can be fixed easily with a grip.
