While I can’t attest to the durability of the bed frame, I can say it looks like it’s made very well. Assembly was easy and parts well labeled. I did need my husband to help me get the package up the stairs but could have done that alone by taking the parts out first, too. I love that there’s some room for my daughter’s smaller dolls ;) and the cat appreciates the extra space under the bed! ... show more

This bed is exactly as depicted. It took my son about an hour to put together by himself. It’s sturdy and just what he was looking for. It’s an average height, not to high not to low. His mattress firm perfectly with no gaps. The blue velvet can pass for a true Navy blue. With brighter light it’s more of a Royal. I was very skeptical when purchasing this bed due to the great price!.. I was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely easy to put together. The instructions were very straight forward and I was able to do it without asking hubby for help. The color is such a beautiful mauvey pink and goes perfect with my daughter’s floral wallpaper. It does look a little different color In different lighting but for the most part I see a beautiful pink that we love.
