The item arrived on time and in perfect condition, despite it being a very heavy 64 pound box originating from China. The parts were all clearly labeled and nicely packed to ensure no damage during transport. The instructions were very clear and each step was easy to complete. I put the whole tower together myself in under 2 hours and that was taking my time. It is 68 inches tall, much taller than me. All parts are solid, all the holes lined up for assembling the many levels and perches easily. I am very impressed with the quality of the plush leopard print fabric! Get the leopard print, you won't be disappointed ! The 3 perches are super soft with a generous amount of cushioning for your cats comfort, especially nice for my older cat. My 5 month old kitten loves curling up on one of the 2 nests on the tree and are larger width and depth than other towers... big enough for even my adult cat. (I was unable to attach photos of the assembled tower in my living room but it is lovely). All the fabric is well applied to the thick and sturdy particle boards and posts, with no loose edges or frayed material on front or backs of the parts. The sisal rope is very well wrapped and secured on the posts for climbing. I found no sharp edges or loose staples to worry about. All the screws fit well with no sharp edges sticking out that could hurt the cats The finished tower is sturdier than I expected. Only one tool is needed to assemble the tower and it is a wrench included in the hardware All the hardware was securely wrapped and packaged so it would not damage any of the fabric during shipment. I have 2 cats that love their new leopard print tower. I think this tower could easily sccomodate up to 6 adult cats because it is sturdy, and has so many fun hiding spaces, nests, and perches to keep all of them happy. The scratch pad on the front helps add extra stability to the tower. My cats like to use it to climb up to the 3rd level more than as a scratching pad. It's a very nice, heavy scratch pad for cats that want to dig their claws in for a satisfying clawing experience. Tip: sprinkle a little catnip around the different levels to get your cat to explore all the fun hiding places on this tower. I am more than impressed with this cat tower and it was worth paying a little more for it than many of the others on the market that are flimsy or won't support adult sized cats (read their fine print - most are only suitable for kutten sized s cats). I'll never have to buy another tower as my cats get bigger. There is a strap on the back of the tower and hardware so that you can secure the strap to a wall to reduce the chance of tipping if your cats get to chasing each other around their fun tower. The cat tower looks like a beautiful piece of furniture in my living room, not just a cheaply designed cat toy that you want to hide in the basement or back room. My cats will enjoy their beautiful plush tower for many years. If you love your cats and want to give them a fun place to claw and climb away from your furniture, you won't regret getting this fabulous tower for them!

After a couple months doing my research and tossing around whether or not to spend 700 bucks on a kitty tree, I decided on this leopard print tree mainly because it was wide and there was a cubby near the bottom for my arthritic kitty. I have three kittens between six and four pounds so I thought this tree would at least suffice while they are small. I was pleasantly surprised. This tree is very sturdy! The kits love it and are on it all the time. They are able to navigate all the way to the top. It went together pretty well. The most difficult part was connecting the structural inside posts of the cubbies. Other than that it all fit together seamlessly and the instructions were easy to follow. The only negative I would mention is that I wish the sisal had been glued on rather than stapled. Other than that, I am VERY happy with this tree. It looks great and I like seeing it when I walk into the room. I just might buy another for a different room.

I ordered this cat tree back in April but unfortunately I didn't have time to put it together right away, so it sat in storage until June. When I unboxed it in June, I noticed I had all the pieces but the screws were missing. I was distraught, as the return policy had expired. I reached out to Amazon but they were unable to assist. As a last ditch effort I went to the company's website and found a contact email. I sent them an email with my order details and said "I am willing to pay for replacement screws, please just let me know." They emailed me back, they said they were extremely sorry and they would happily mail me a replacement screw set free of charge! We ironed out the details and after two weeks, I received the replacement screw pack and I was able to successfully put the cat tree together! The cat tree is sturdy and large, and the customer service was incredible. I highly recommend, 5/5.

This cat tree is beautiful!! Very soft fabric, easy to assemble with one person, tools & screws are provided. The only thing I don’t really like is how thin the fabric is on the sides for the two cat houses. Overall, I love love love it. The leopard print is so cool!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews on stuff I buy on here but I just had to for this one. I was hesitant about the quality and the height and whether or not my cat would fit in everywhere on it, but it’s PERFECT!!! He loves it SO much. It’s his daily and nightly sleeping spot, also he loves to scale his way up on it and run off and onto it a lot! He loves it so much fr. And the quality is really good!!! I’ve had it for over 2 months now and I don’t see how he could ever live without this cat tower lmao. I won’t lie though it took me like 5 hours to build it buts that’s really only because I’m kinda slow when it comes to following paper instructions. But everything was labeled and the instructions were very clear and easy to understand once my brain finally started to understand it all. Either way tho, it was totally worth the 5 hours I spent building it by myself, and I’d do it again if I had to. Absolutely a game changer for cats that have never had a cat tower before. My cat does get it pretty furry but it’s easy to clean the fur off with a vacuum cleaner or cat fur brush. It’s pretty sturdy for a normal sized cat(even when he’s going crazy climbing it and jumping on and off of it really fast) so I haven’t even needed to screw the back part into a wall cause it stays up really well on its own! It’s not too heavy either, I can easily pull and slide it to wherever I need it to be inside the house. Overall, amazing purchase! Arrived on time and all the pieces were here and ready to get put together, and I will definitely be buying another one whenever this one gets too worn down in the far off future. So, if you have a cat that likes to climb and sleep up higher on soft surfaces, ORDER IT! I SWEAR YOU WON’T REGRET THIS PURCHASE. Treat your baby to this amazing cat tower<3

My Eclipse started using it as I built it! I’ve had it for 2 days, and he sleeps in one of the 3 beds every night. I bought this tree for my 1 cat. It was pricey, but worth the money. He’s very active, and needed a bigger, more sturdy tree (I bought a previous tree for $40 from amazon that he used and abused for his first year). Arrived much earlier than expected considering the size. I ordered it on Friday, and it was expected to be delivered on next Friday but came on Wednesday! It was easy to build according to the instructions, but took me about 2.5 hours (plus minimum breaks). The tree is bigger and wider than I expected. I absolutely love the cheetah design, matches with my space. The only downsides: it is very large, so make sure you have space. It sheds as I rubbed it/built it, but it’s very minimum. It took a while to build also. I should have bought this tree to begin with since I am getting more cats in the future, and have cat nephews/nieces that visit. Add catnip and treats to cat tree for improved use. Also playtime really gets him really excited. I will update more as time progresses.

Save your money & your furry kids! If I could give negative stars, I would! The picture is very misleading. The huts aren't solid, they're VERY thin fuzzy fabric over a thin pole frame. The poles, that make the cubbies & that hold up the tree, are thin & VERY cheaply made. The fabric covering the top of the poles & rest of the tree, is very thin &, honestly, dangerous to cats! It tears easily when they try to knead on it or even stretch out on it. I've had 2 cats get their paws trapped as it rips under them. Thankfully, I was home to save them. If I wasn't, I have NO doubt they'd have been seriously injured. The sisal is also VERY cheap. It shreds easily & turns into sharp shards that get trapped in nails & between toes. The cats end up ingesting it & makes hairballs more painful & dangerous to the cats. I've had to tape over the carpet on the poles & replace the sisal to keep my babies safe, & that's STILL not enough. A foster kitten, maybe 4lbs, just jumped on the top bed & despite being strongly screwed in, the bed snapped off, sending the poor kitten falling to the floor! Thank goodness he wasn't hurt & nobody was close enough to get hit by the falling bed with post still attached! I've had this tree since the middle of September, just over 3 months. I've put at least $30 into improving it & it's STILL ready for the trash, already, & could have hurt at least 3 babies if I wasn't near by. That's NOT ok! It's NOT worth the money! It's NOT safe! Sadly, I bought another of these, a slightly different model, too & it's just as bad! I'm beyond disappointed & angry. Save yourself & your furry kids the stress & worry - buy elsewhere or make them yourself so you can put quality items into the build. Run far! Run fast!

The cats immediately loved it. Wasn’t too hard to assemble (I was able to do it alone in 2 hours). Super sturdy. HUGE for the price, I got it on sale for $70. I’m happy!!
