I bought this wheel cover after reading a bunch of the reviews, and I'm glad that I did. I recently purchased a Dodge Challenger 1320 and wanted a cover for the Alcantara steering wheel that comes on these cars. the factory cover is awesome and has a lot of grip to it, but I knew that my sweaty hands would ruin it over time. I was looking for a cover to keep that from happening. I ordered this cover, and was a bit concerned that people reported it came creased in the packaging. Well, they must've listened to the reviews becasue mine did not come folded and creased at all. It came in a proper sized box and with a plastic insert to help it hold its shape. I've included two pics of how it arrived. You can clearly see the plastic insert. The cover arrived in perfect condition. After opening the box, I left the cover out in the sun for about 15 minutes to warm it up and make it easier to install. I followed the insrtuctions and it went on very easily. Based on other reviews, I was prepared for a fight and tugging match. I was really hoping that I wouldn't damage the cover during install. I had settled in for a long fight and was prepared to have my patience tested. Well....I didn't have a fight at all. I placed the top of the cover on the top part of the wheel and started working it down and around the wheel. I just took my time. As I got closer to the bottom of the wheel, I was concerned that the bottom was really going to be a problem getting it over the last few inches at the bottom. It wasn't a problem at all. I just worked the cover down and as I got to the last few inches, I rolled the lip of the cover closest to the wheel (which I would say was the back of the cover) down. I was able to work the last bit of the cover over the wheel without a fight at all. Once the cover was on, I just did some fine adjusting to it for the fit that I wanted. I think the key was rolling the rear most lip of the cover down and around the wheel as I was going. Now, I know my explanation sounds long, but believe it or not, I had this cover installed in less than 5 minutes. I had read of people really fighting this thing, but that was not my experience at all. Maybe that plastic insert that it ships with is minimizing problems now. I don't know, but this install went remarkably smooth and easy. My steering wheel is now protected from the horrible effects of my sweaty hands. The last two pics are of the cover installed on my wheel. The cover did make my wheel fell kind of thick at first, but after a few days of driving the car, I don't even notice anymore. It feels fine now. I'm impressed by this cover so far, and I hope that it lasts a long time.

Since the interior of my car is tan, I knew the steering wheel would become grimy within a few months. I ordered the black/black cover and it's got a really nice feel and adds more weight to the wheel. I will say, my steering wheel is on the small side, 14.25" and it's still a very snug fit. I followed the advice of another reviewer and left it on the dash in the hot Houston sun and it went on fairly easily (plus heated out the fold). If you've got a larger wheel, be prepared to wrestle a lot to get this on. I definitely love it and would recommend it. The only thing I don't love is the way the edges stick up, rather than wrapping into the center, but I think that may happen over time with more heat on it and use, and as I get used to it more. All in all, great product and looks sharp.

I was a little worried about how this purchase might to turn out. I had every reason to believe that it was going to be a loose fit that slipped constantly. But my fears were totally unfounded. While it was a real bear to get this cover installed on the steering wheel of my 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe, when it was finally in place, it was snug and totally slip-free. The materials have a great feel. The steering wheel now has a beefy feel to it, without much mushiness at all. I can get a good grip on it, and it makes me feel like I have greater control over the steering of my car. The blue stitching beautifully accentuates the interior of my car. It was the perfect design choice for me. I haven't done a lot of driving with it yet, but I am sure it will be a very welcome addition to my car for a long time to come.

It’s super tight getting on, my husband thought I bought too small of a size. Amazon verified it would fit my vehicle before I bought it so my husband tried again and he got it in. I think it’s really comfortable. It definitely makes the steering wheel a lot bulkier but I don’t mind it at all. Seems to be good quality, better than I’d expect for the cheaper price. We’ll see how it holds up

Yes, it is a bit of work to get on, but doable. Maybe if you don't have medium to strong grip strength you need someone else to help you with this. I think it looks great and being tight makes it fit more smoothly and snugly, so no complaints about how small it was or tough to get on. Took maybe 5 minutes. Be certain you have it centered and symmetrical before the final push if you are particular about that sort of thing because it will be a dog to adjust once it's already on so snug.

I'm very hesitant to put a steering wheel cover on for fear of it slipping on my and causing a wreck. But I work with chemicals and have rough hands that ate away my steering wheel on my truck so I wanted to protect my new Jeep. This cover is amazing! Easy to get on and super grippy. Never slides or anything and I have the peace of mind that my steering wheel is safe from me hands. Highly recommend and will buy again whenever I wear this one out.
