It was amazing, every thing I needed to complete the job. I had to transfer the shut off arm from my old carb to the new one (I was putting it on a woodland sawmill) bolted it up, turned the gas on, pulled it one time and the mill started.

I was SO frustrated with my log splitter... for _2_ years. It only ran on full choke and then recently it wouldn't even do that. I spent hours trying to clean the carborator getting covered with fuel, jet cleaner, and scaring my dog with me getting SO FRUSTRATED. I _assumed_ a new carb would be expensive and I found this.... and had doubts. I didn't read the description fully so I ordered it and also fuel line and filter. This kit came with the carb... AND the fuel line AND the fuel filter AND the on/off switch AND another electronic thing (not sure) AND the new gaskets AND a spark plug. It took 5 minutes to install the fuel line, filter, and carb and now my splitter runs like new. WT!?!?! did I wait so long for! I just ordered another one to have on my pegboard in case some idiot (me) forgets to use Stabil in the fuel line again.

Fitted to Kohler CH270-3165 on a Stihl RB 600 pressure washer. Great value but required some parts to be reused from the OEM carb due to fitment issues, including the insulator (carb to cylinder head), fuel shutoff lever and switch, and one of the three gaskets (carb to air cleaner base). That gasket (shown at the upper right of the product image) is actually improperly cut and punched for this product - not just my application (hence the 4 stars). Dealt with easily enough and was otherwise a straightforward install. Engine started on the first pull and purred like a kitten, what more to be said.

The gaskets aren’t the best but seem to be sealing. The one ripped at the bolt hole because it wasn’t punched right. Tightened it doesn’t really matter. Other than that, this works perfect. My fuel line split over the winter which I’m sure gummed everything up. and I couldn’t detect spark. Couldn’t get my splitter to run on starter fluid. Replaced my switch, carb and wiring with this kit and it starts right up. Much cheaper than a mobile repair or having to get my log splitter to a shop. Would highly recommend.
