    • Chair is for a small framed people.
I wished there was more warning about their recommended size of the person using the chair. Suggest no one over 5'4" or over 250 pounds. Would like it if a massagers that moved from left to right. Love the ability the adjust the strength of the massagers.

    • Problems with chair and it has not even been a year
The chair has broken rollers lest than a year of me having it in my house. I called and spoke with several amazon workers and no one has helped me. One of them, the last one I spoke with even laughed at me and stated Amazon was not going to replace the unit for me. The chair came with no paper work or instructions on how to use. It started out great when I first used it and then while sitting in the chair using it, I heard something drop on the inside twice. I felt the chair and can feel that two of the rollers were not in place. I am very disappointed with this product and with Amazon. I use Amazon very often and this has me rethinking ever using them again. ... show more

Great chair! Works perfectly, I wish the instruction manual was a bit better explaining the remote. Not to heavy and easy to maneuver. Very nice looking chair!

    • bluetooth worked 1 time and never since.
A good chair for the money -- I know these can be quite expensive and I got a great black friday discounted deal. The chair is fine, the delivery was easy and timely. However, the bluetooth only worked the first time I used it. I havent been able to get my device to "find" it again. Yes I have watched videos on how to do it, and those steps just don't occur. Have tried unplugging and replugging chair but still nothing. I don't wish to return the chair, because I really like the way the massage works. Just disappointed that I can't bluetooth my music. ... show more

For the money, not the best you can get. The chair was great at first, but over the week of the first uses, my family noticed the back massaging pad was sparse which caused the rolling nubs to hurt your back. The airbags are waay too strong and it feels like my hands will pop off from the pressure. More recently, the massage nubs seem to misalign and end up poking my spine then massaging flesh. Not to mention the loud noise it makes when it does misalign and the nubs bump into other nubs. I do not recommend this massage chair. I can’t even find a website for the manufacturing.
