I hate this computer. The number key pad doesn't work on the right side. The Mouse pad doesn't work and lags really bad. I had to get a mouse to even use the mouse. It never connects to my internet at home or at school. Its not my internet, all my other computers/devices work fine. The sound quality is absolutely terrible. It sounds like its been sitting outside on a 20-degree day. It is painfully slow. I tried to return it multiple times but it wouldn't let me and kept offering trouble shooting things instead. I am pretty tech savy but I could not figure out how to return this. Do not buy this product. Also, its not a touch screen. I wasn't expecting top of the line understanding you get what you pay for but this laptop is built cheap. I only wanted it for zoom calls. Keys are sticky, numlock didn't work, camera very grainy, mouse pad noisy and hard to press, not sensitive to touch. Go with a better known brand and pay a little more if necessary. ... show more

    • It keeps disconnecting from wifi
The product keeps disconnecting to wifi at first I thought it was just my wifi but it disconnected again when I went to a friend's house with it and it disconnected there too. idk what the problem is but it's annoying because I watch YouTube and play games on it. it also runs games kinda slow and lags.(*roblox* witch is super surprising because I don't play games with a bunch of assets or good graphics or to many effects) ... show more

    • Teacher and mom - read the reviews and tried it, but WORST decision ever
The reviews were mixed but seemed overwhelmingly decent to purchase as a research, write essays, minimal task college solution for my son. The cursor never worked, so he had to use a mouse, it continuously dropped the WiFi so he would be on a class Zoom or trying to work on an assignment and it sometimes never connected for him to be able to turn anything in, and there was definitely no touch screen feature at all. I totally get the adage you get what you pay for, but other Chromebooks and name brand laptops can get the job done, so WTH? Returned and got an Acer for the same price and it worked perfectly immediately. I thought combing the reviews would give me the info I needed, but this is a dud. ... show more

it was the best gift ever ..... until power button push more than once number keypad doesn.t work although it apparently works for the gifter I could go on and on BIGGEST ISSUE preloaded with MS Windows corrupt file that was on windows build platform I believe from2006 cannot remember which check your system it is the cursor pointer drive file think SYNTEC anyway thats a whole lot of you want no part of this product. ... show more
