The tablet worked great until it randomly stopped turning on and charging. Now I am having a hard time with the insurance I paid for and since it's past the return date I can't exchange it.

purchased 2/23/23 died 1/31/23. the charging port had stopped working and would not receive a charge. I paid for insurance but having a hard time getting it replaced as asurion states its still under manufacturer warranty, so they wont replace it. amazon does not have this item in stock, even then its fallen out of their claim period too and I can not find a way to file a claim with the manufacturer 'SGIN'. unsure of what to do and annoyed this "hassle-free" warranty I paid for is certainly a hassle. ... show more
