The outside case is translucent, fairly cheap flexible plastic, approximately 9" x 5" x 2" (22 x 12.5 x 5 cms). The outer case has a plastic hinge and snaps that keep the lid closed. The 64 small inner cases are hard clear plastic with a plastic snap type lid that can be easily pulled out to fill. They're approx. 2" x 1" x 1 /2" (5 x 2.5 x 1 cms). The small cases are exactly like tic-tac/breath mint cases. The set comes with label stickers, a funnel tray, tweezers and dozens of tiny baggies. The outer case snaps are a little dodgy, double check that they've snapped closed. The small, inner cases close very securely. I bought this on the off chance i could fit my growing collection of delica beads in the small cases. The contents of a 7.5 gram tube fit easily, fills it up about 2/3's, 3/4's of the way. The labels fit across the non-opening site of the lid. They will peel off unless you stick the ends of the label on the part of the lid that goes in the clear container (if that makes any sense- you can see how the labels are set in the picture). The lids are very snug, so if you can get the labels on right, the ends will stay put. If you can write small enough, you can fit the delica number and enough words to easily identify the color. I think this'll work out much better than leaving them in the tubes- it's more difficult to store tubular objects and the writing on the labels wears off, leaving me with mystery beads. ... show more

I do a lot of diamond painting and this kit has held up. It’s easier to store all my different blings from the various projects I’m working on. It’s always on my craft table and I don’t think I’d know what I’d do with out. If your diamond painter worth the money.

Ok first the positive - the container unit itself is clearly of good quality and the boxes seal well. However, look at the boxes - they shift all around in the larger container and there's like four random ones on the ends. Then, let's talk about the stickers. Your option is to put them on a lid which flips up so not likely to last OR squish them into the bottom. ... show more

Used for glitters. Tighter seals than I expected. Only a few pieces of the micro glitters found their way out, and I guess that may be from where I filled some up to the brim. Perfect sizes for what I wanted. Has 2 sheets of labels, that barely fit on top, but it works. The last pic shows all the glitter that has came out in a month of rough use. The blue hex I spilled... but the micro shimmer is what found its way out. So I'd suggest nothing smaller than a micro glitter. ... show more

Bought some artdot diamonds and I wanted a storage container for them instead of the plastic baggies they came in. I apparently should have bought 4 of these, I still have more diamonds that need to be stored. The lids are nice and secure and there's plenty of space on the lid for the stickers without them being in the way. I have another storage case for the opened sets, but they are smaller, at only 28 per box and some of those lids pop open. I tested all of the lids in this case when I was filling with the diamonds and I am confident that they will hold up better than the other case. Its easy to add the diamonds to the box too, use a spouted diamond tray, flip the lid open and pour in, no need to completely remove the lid. ... show more

I bought a lot of beads for embroidery off of Etsy that came in little ziplock bags which made them hard to work with and when I went searching for “empty bead tubes” I came across this. I’m super happy with this purchase! It is very sturdy and easy to use! The little funnel with lines to hold beads while you work with them is super helpful! My 10 grams bags of beads fit into the containers just fine with room to spare. I can even fit the funnel into the case down beside the containers so everything is stored together. The little labels for the tops are very tiny, which is to be expected since the containers are small, but I’ll figure out a good system for labeling them. It’s really a fantastic system!
