I love this spray so much, I would name it one of the most helpful products in my bathroom. I have very long, ridiculously frizzy, type 2b waves. It's thick and there is a lot of it. On humid days, I can look like vintage Cousin Itt (from the Adams Family). I'm not unrealistic and I know there has never been a "miracle" product for people like us. And I'm not going to promise this spray will solve all of your problems. But for me, this particular product does a fantastic job of helping tame my unruly hair. I only use this spray with heat; either when curling or flat ironing. It helps make sure the curl always "sets" really well. Plus this spray truly(!) helps the heat calm down the frizz. But the best part is it speeds up the process a lot!!! I don't have to hold the iron against my unruly strands as long... which is healthier for my hair. Having this product come in a spray can means it is easy to apply too. Plus I am happy to report that when the first can I had was running low, the product still sprayed evenly. The scent is lovely too; My husband thinks it smells heavenly... even if that scent doesn't last long. Oh and I really do believe that it is helping my hair stay healthy. I get my hair cut maybe once a year, yet I barely had any split ends at this last appointment. My current hair dresser could not believe it for how long I go between trims. Overall, I really couldn't think of anything bad to say about this spray. I don't use a lot of because it can make my hair look oily if I go too heavy. But the good news is that means a little goes a real long way! It took me well over six months to use up the first can, curling my hair probably two times a week on average. I absolutely love this shine spray! I feel like it nourishes my hair when I use it. The shine you got from this is on believable. If you do not use too much it i oily and that's all. If you find it is too oily you could rub it in your hands first and then use it where you want it. This gets a ton fingers up for me.
