In my honesty opinion, I feel that this sewing machine is more designed as a backup for quick repairs or even as a "first step" into sewing but then again, it came pre-thredded with plenty of extra bobbins of which Im very thankful for because the entire unit is very small so getting your fingers in and around things is a challenge, especially with the older you get and cant see as well. It’s almost entirely plastic, which makes it feel a bit like a toy, but that also makes it light enough to carry around without a second thought. While it’s definitely on the noisier side and sounds a bit "clunky" during operation, it is capable for its size. I havent tested any materials that are considered super thick yet because Id rather not break it straight out of the box but I dont feel like this could be a "forever" machine. It’s more of a learning tool or a low-stakes option for teaching any first timer how to sew. Theres quite a lot of stitch patterns to choose from that even my more expensive name-brand machines dont have this many patterns. The extension table is very helpful, especially since it has a measuring guide built right into the surface. It adds some much-needed stability because the machine itself is so light it can move around a bit on the table if you aren't careful. Just like any other sewing machine, you can use the small foot pedal or just the button to sew and both are functional. It comes with a whole lot of stuff that you could put into a small portable sewing box if youre good with hand sewing. It’s a functional, budget-friendly starter kit that handles basic mending and light crafts well. However, for a beginner who wants everything included in one box to start immediately, this is a good choice. Just don't lose the accessory kit, as those specific bobbins and tools are what make it so easy to use right out of the gate.

It’s lightweight but good quality. Its easy to use and everything is easy to find. It comes with all the basic necessities you need to get started. It looks nice on my shelf and doesn’t clash because of the neutral black and white colors. The table attachment makes a huge difference. Great value for the price. -Esse Kay approved

This sewing machine is a lightweight, all plastic model that might be adequate for a beginner to learn on. It doesn't seem the most durable, but it does the job, and it did sew easily through six layers of quilting cotton. It's a bit noisy, and sounds... well... like a cheap machine. I can't help but compare it to another machine I have that was similarly priced and is about the same size; that one is a dream to sew on! Perhaps I would love this one more if I hadn't experienced that other one.... Setup is a bit finicky, simply due to the size of the machine and not having much space to work in. The dials are stiff and feel flimsy. I'm rather concerned about the longevity of this machine; I will update this review if more issues arise, or if it surprises me and ends up being a more solid machine than I expected. I initially wanted to give this machine three stars, but recognizing that I'm coming from using some really nice machines and I might be a bit biased as a result, I thought perhaps I should give this one the benefit of the doubt. The listed price was about the same as a few basic, low-end, name brand sewing machines that might actually be a better deal in the long run.
