    • Leaked during shipment
Product was as described, except the seal. There was a child proof safety cap, and a red push in seal. But the push in seal did leak. The gallon jug was not packed in a way that would prevent rolling around inside the box. Something to take up the extra space in the box, or a smaller box, would have probably helped eliminate some leaking. I lost about 6-8oz from the gallon. I was unclear how much I needed so I purchased a gallon for my Sail**** Fabricator. I probably used about a third to completely change out the oil in the machine. In the meantime I am using it for other applications. Purchase a small oiler and use it on door hinges and to lubricate hand tools. It is a little hard to pout from the gallon jug so I suggest a funnel. Be prepared for a "glug". With some of it gone it is much easier to pour. ... show more

I was worried about ordering a large jug of oil but all I could find locally were 4oz bottles. Just got three industrial sewing machines and wasnโ€™t about to buy more than a dozen of those tiny bottles! I was so relieved when the gallon jug showed up at my door with no leaks! There is a hard plastic stopper inside the jug under the cap instead of just a flimsy seal. The oil and jug are great quality. My industrial machines will be very happy! No issues with shipping as others have previously reported. Our bottle arrived with an inner seal. We put this in a spray bottle and adjusted the stream accordingly. Works great!
