    • Good machine oil for multiple projects, even PC fans if you can find their lubrication points.
This has stopped the squeaking/buzzing of two fans and one door already. It is a clear fluid, feels thin (or maybe I shouldn't try to judge oils' viscosity), and free of any scent. I doubt you could easily squirt to apply but the bottle is small enough to manuever into tight spaces. If you need tigher, you can unscrew it and pour it into something else. I do not have a sewing machine. My PC's power supply fan had been making the buzzing/squeaking sounds that fans do when they need new/more oil. ***After seeing in the video where I needed to apply the oil*** I was able to add just a few drops and it solved the issue completely. It also worked on a ceiling fan and door hinge. Most every video on oiling a PC fan would list a couple different oils to use, but I think ALL of them said "sewing machine oil." ... show more

    • Works for turntables too!
The motor on my Pro-Ject Classic Evo turntable started to chug a little bit, with a slightly audible bearing noise and more difficulty getting up to speed quickly, so I figured it was time to add some bearing oil. The manufacturer sells their own branded lubricant, but it’s $25 for a tiny bottle, and the home audio space is just full of scams, so I figured I’d try this old standby instead. Put in 4 drops, worked like a charm, and have enough in the bottle to last for years upon years. Very good product. My machine is now working correctly and not moaning and groaning. Only four stars because of the package. I could not get the top off until I used pliers. Even then it was difficult.

    • Good oil
On my sewing machine I have been using an old can of machine oil when oiling the machine. I immediately used the Singer Oil when I received it. My sewing machine is actually running smoother and quieter. I would say that is good oil.
