If you’re good paying full price but maybe getting a used one, this is for you! At first I thought maybe it was to display, but there’s 2 different colored threads already, it’s spooled (which directions when setting up walks through this step aka it’s not suppose to be done already), it was left in the on position, like really? :( Clearly this was used by someone and returned. I didn’t select the pre owned option, I expect a new when I pay for new. Had I selected pre owned it wouldn’t bother me, but I want what I pay for not something being passed as something else.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Was pleased with everything that was included with sewing machine. (Thread,bobbins and needles). Was able to use two times but then stopped working as needle began hitting the foot. So now unable to use anymore.
