It arrived in a box which was ina very condition and partially broken. The was no bolts to attach the wooden seat too and it is also missing two big spring washers. I found the bolts in the Home Depot ($1.16 per 2-pack), still can't find the spring washer. The stool are in good condition and look good. Received product damaged!! Opened it after return date due to remodelation and now I can't return! One of the chairs is chipped and the other one was made wrong. Bent and the screws won't screw on!

Love the look. My real issue was in the packing. Wood was dented and when matching the dents with the metal the dents are a perfect match(not good). 2nd stool i assembled i noticed 1 foot was actually cracked and slightly bent. That causes it to me a hair uneven. Still unsure if I can live with it. It is not like a shirt that is easily returned!! ... show more
