I bought these a few months ago as a replacement for feather pillows my wife & I purchased nearly a decade ago. Given the feather/down mix, I was quite excited over the prospects. However, these were not a lot better than the ones we purchased from JC Penney a decade ago. It took about a month for the inner liner to stop crinkling when one put their head on it. The wife just gave up and continued to use the old pillow. Hence, I am alternating the two pillows--using one as a head and the other as an arm rest. One of the great considerations is how they shape, as I am a CPAP user and a pillow must not shove around my headset in the course of the night. Final verdict--these are nice pillows--lighter than most feather fills. That does not necessarily add to comfort. It takes a few weeks for the crinkly inner liner to subside its racket. Ultimately, they give good sleep, but at this price point are nothing spectacular... ... show more

I just dont understand why there are no reviews. They are thick, dense, and firm with springy give. They do not form into a pancake under your head. They do not make crunchy sounds. The fact that they are 50/50 down/feather, AND super plump, tells you that there is a lot of down in these things. They come in a pair. They don't smell. This purchase has just taught me that there are a lot of gems on amazon which don't necessarily have reviews... ... show more

Best pillows I have ever bought. They are listed as 6 inches thick and my head will sink down a little less than 2 inches giving me perfect neck and just the right head support. The 50/50 down and feather blend provides softness and the support for me, a side sleeper. I think they will be fine for the occasional times I sleep on my back. I bought these with a pair of Hospitology waterproof zippered pillow covers. These covers have a silky smooth feeling and will keep the pillows like new for years. I will order again to have extras for quests or just to rotate. I am totally pleased. ... show more

I'm 5'11'' and weigh roughly 165# on a good week. I bought 2 of the the king sized, 50/50 pillows. I sleep stomach, both sides and back. I can form, prop, fluff and shape these pillows any way I want and they are perfect. They offer perfect support in all positions. The build quality is good and I've noticed no odors whatsoever. I bought 2 of these and wish I needed 10 more! I am one, extremely satisfied customer. I should have done this ages ago. My pups agree, and they'd like me to get one for each of them :) ... show more

This is a MEDIUM FLUFF pillow. if you are looking for a MEDIUM FLUFF pillow, then this may be perfect for you. I had been looking for a firm fluff pillow, and this was not a firm fluff.
