He has used frequently since receiving and claims he has pain during the massage (it has time setting) but afterwards, he experiences much relief during normal activity and no longer feels pain during activity. Has different levels of massage and heat intensity, which can be set to your liking. The massager inflates during massage for a moment and then releases, in a cyclic pattern. I ordered this for my husband to use in his office chair at home. He suffers with lower back pain and it definitely helps him. He occasionally will use it laying down in bed as well. We love that it’s smaller sized and is easy to move around and store when not in use.

I just got it. I was so excited to have something that would help my back. I read the instructions. I plugged it in. Never turned on. Check the plug with something else. The plug has power. I noticed that the part that plugs into the socket has already started getting hot. It won't turn on. I'd be afraid that this would burn your house down. Very disappointing. Please don't waste your money on it Update To be fair I asked for a replacement and this one did work. At least it turned on. I will tell you this. Don't waste your money. It barely has any lifted. All nothing noticeable. The vibration is terrible. The pulsation isn't noticeable. The heat isn't noticeable. It's pretty much cheap plastic garbage. The vibrates a little. Save your money for something better. This is a horrible, horrible waste of money

Due to a poor balance of active/sedentary lifesytle, I end up with a lot of aches and pains in my back and neck. The second this hit my doorstep I had it out of the box, plugged in and working on my lower back. I've run it intermittently for a combined total of about four hours since I received it. First, this doesn't have any rollers inside of it. The massaging comes from air bladders inflating and deflating to different pressures. While not fully ideal, I was surprised at how effective it was. Even then, I would still prefer rollers for my needs. Because this relies on air pressure, it has a small pump that is reminiscent of an automatic blood pressure monitor. When using this on my back, the noise is muffled enough to not be noticeable, but when in the open the device is loud enough to be distracting. Something like a really loud vibration function on a mobile phone sitting on a hard surface. Second, the unit has a vibration function that you can adjust the intensity and pattern of. There are a few options, most of which I'll never use, but there was one function I was relieved to find: intensity. I dialed up the vibration intensity to max and that really helped out overall. Third, heat. This gets HOT. Uncomfortably so. But thankfully there is an option to turn it down to more tolerable levels. I'm actually very happy with this as I have a few other massage devices that don't get near as hot, leaving me disappointed. Finally the controller. It feels cheap. The plastic is light and the controller is hollow. The buttons are not satisfying to use, but they are functional and you have clear feedback on your button presses. Bottom Line: I wouldn't rely on this for all my massaging needs, but it's a nice addition to my toolbox for pain relief, providing me a different feel overall.
