Packaged nice, easy to unpack, and inflated in 12 hours. No weird smells. Fits nicely on a King Size bed. This was a little more stern than expected but honestly it’s still comfortable. Replaced a yellow foam wavey mattress topper. This is very nice. 2" thick slab of "memory" foam. Fitted sheet over the top. Very different feel. Immediately sleeping better. I dont know about the claimed cooling property as it is winter. Squished out of the box and zipperd cloth tube. Give it 48hrs on a flat surface like a bed or the floor. It will fully expand. No noticeable odor. Bought another brand from here a while back. It was sticky and smelly right out of the box and it did not expand in 24hrs. Back it went. This is completely different. So the item came in a serta box and the topper itself was wrapped in what looked like saran wrap. Once unwrapped, the topper didn't even need time to expand it was already expanding immediately. Picture of it opened on the bed was literally within 1 minute of removing the plastic wrap. There were numerous holes on it (see pix). Part of me wonders if this was a returned item due to the way it was already pretty much expanded out the box and I noticed on other reviews they had the same issues. To much of a pain to return! It does feel nice when you lay on it, but I did not notice any cooling effect at all. I do have it on a pillow top mattress so if 2 people lay on it you will automatically roll into one another in the middle of the bed (could be a good thing lol). The price point is good because I initially went to Big Lots and a similiar one was double in cost. Make sure to read all the reviews and make your choice from there. ... show more
