I needed a new pillow b/c one I had was too high & hard, & had some old ones that were flat & did nothing for me. So I was going to order this other pillow, but price had increased by the time I got to checkout-so I went back to drawing board & picked this one. I'm glad I made this choice b/c it's nice b/c it has recycled material in it which is good for environment. You get 2 pillows for under $13 which is great deal. But they are nice & thick, but not so thick that your head is jacked up, & is the right level of softness-not too squishy & not like a rock either. I slept very soundly the 1st night I laid my head on it & have been since. Since you get 2 on order, you can save other for down the rd or give to spouse if they get tired of their pillow:) Would definitely recommend! Additional feedback March 15, 2014: pillow is still comfortable, slight dent from sleeping on it but when fluffed is fine. I love the softness & support-not too hard or soft, just right! These pillows were wonderful while they lasted. I had 3 of the 2-packs and everyone was very happy. They were well-made with tight threading and soft to the touch material. There was no smell to them, as you can get with some new pillows or anything with anti-bug properties. I got into a frenzy, though, and washed them with my usual laundry (BAD IDEA obviously). They, of course, clumped up and made for miserable pillows. My advice: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! I ruined perfectly good pillows. They were just firm enough for me and my daughter, yet soft enough for my husband and my son. But because of my stupidity, I had to eventually throw them out with a horrible cringing inside. Usually, pillow reviews are polar extremes. Either this pillow fixed every health malady you've ever had, or it caused ten new ones. I read both on this product page, so I'll add one in between. This is a decent pillow. I've used it for probably 4-5 nights now, and it's still comfy. Nice and squishy, but firm enough for me, a side-sleeper. I plowed through so many pillow descriptions and they all seemed so fancy schmancy and overpriced. Then I stumbled on these pillos and thought I was seeing things. Was it really TWO pillows for less than $6? Yes, it is! I ordered 2 sets just in case I was mistaken and there were not really 2 in the order. So I ended up with 4 pillows total and that is fine with me because they are really nice pillows. Soft, fluffy, and thick. I've only had them for less than a week so I will update this review to post how they hold up over time but at this price it almost doesn't matter. Very good buy! ... show more

I bought these to replace the worn out pillows in my guestroom and am glad that I found them. I bought two of these pillows and have got rave reviews from my guests. Everyone says that they are very comfortable and want to know where I bought them. I hear the same story from my guests as I was having with my older pillows, they would say that their pillows are old, worn out, falling apart and that the filling is lumped up on one side of the pillow and there is nothing they can do to change that. If you want a good nights sleep, do what I did and pick up a few of these pillow. Think of it this way, the more pillows you buy, the more people you will insure to get a better night of sleep. I recommend these to everyone wanting or needing a good night of sleep !!! ... show more

That said they are not bad at all. My issue is that I have bought "this product" before and so reordered from my old orders and did not get the same pillows as before. I have included some pics Old vs New to show you the differences. 1.) The Old were labeled Serta with a label and stitching and were a striped fabric. 2.) The New were not striped fabric..had no Serta label or stitching. 3.) The Manufacturing label was a different Registration number from a different state 4.) the New pillows are also not the 20x28 as advertised but rather 20x26 ( it's on the label and show smaller in a side by side. Again minor details If you aren't matching them up to older pillows or really a poor sleeper that was so happy to find a pillow that worked. So if you are going to buy these once you may be OK, but if you are looking to re-order from this company down the road???? Buyer beware. ... show more
