The foot pedal gets very hot within a half hour of using it and I am missing a rubber piece for the top to hold down the thread. It said it is a 5 star.... I don't think so... I would like to return it. I don't want it to catch on fire

This serger works great and feels sturdy thanks to the metal frame. It runs smoothly, stitches fast, and the threading guide makes setup much easier than expected. The stitch options are useful and the LED light is a nice touch. Overall, it’s a solid machine for getting clean, professional-looking seams at home.
