I don’t know why they stop producing the metcon 5s b/c these are 10x better and more comfortable than the 6s. This is literally THE training shoes for your everyday gym. Absolutely a great shoe for working out. They're stable, which I can now appreciate when lifting weights. The cushioning is good for doing the stair climber machine but I wouldn't run in them. I just wish the women's shoes came in more colors!

Fit well, recommended by my step instructor. Let's see how the impact on my knees is after my next step class now that I have these shoes. In a regular cut dress shoe I wear 8.5. Nike usually run small but these are 8.5 women and the fit fine. I thought they were a bold pink from the pic [I never read the details] but they're actually purple. A color I don't really care for.
