I thought it came with a 10kw auxiliary heating unit but it came with only a 5kw heating unit. I look back at the listing and I see in the title description 5kw but in the Included in box said 10kw heating unit. Also in the description it says the freon is R454 b but the box the unit came in says the freon is R410. You need to fix the discrepancies in your Amazon listing. I sent an email requesting to upgrade to a 10 kilowatt heating element. The response I got from customer service was for something that I even ask or talk about and my question. I have purchased 6 heat pumps from senville in the last 4 years. After support is unable to read and comprehend simple questions from tech support I'm reluctant to purchase anything else from your company. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Runs very quiet, replaced 25-30 year old central unit. Heats 1250sq ft downstairs comfortably at 5F outside. Equipment runs variable speed based on demand. You need medium to advanced skills and experience to install this. I will probably buy another one for upstairs. Delivery was on time. ... show more

Ive been installing heat pumps for 20 years and frankly these units are very well built and cost half as much as name brand units. I plan to install Senville for a long time. Thanks 👍

    • I need to clarify
this kindly of outlook of heatpump. no matter what's name stick, carrier, etc. are all made by Midea, with top high energy star and able to heating at -5F or -22C, traditional (square outdoor unit) heatpump get performance drop below 40F and listed at 5F. The factory thermostat uses 2wire RS485 i/f is not a cheap device, Carrier used it first on its highest Infinity series and used to name it ABCD bus don't want others aware. If you don't use it, you need 4H2C thermostat for fully smart control, yet no such product on market. ... show more
