My mobility issues had gotten to the point that I could walk only a few feet. This was very disheartening in that I like to go places such as my grandchildren’s events and shopping. I was considering a scooter, but since I am 5’ 10” the scooters I tried did not have enough leg room. Even though the scooters separate into several parts for transporting I like the wheelchair better. I wanted something foldable to place in my car rather than on a carrier. I tried an electric wheelchair and decided it would be a better choice for me and my long legs. I did a lot of research before deciding on the Sentire Med Forza FCX. So glad I did! It is very quick and sturdy. I feel very safe and comfortable while using it. It handled a ramp at the school very nicely. While shopping I was able to place a small hand basket in my lap. My one issue is it is heavier than I expected. I had hoped I could handle getting it in and out of the car by myself. Unfortunately I can’t! I am 69, my husband is 72. He struggles a little but can do it. I ordered some folding, telescoping wheelchair ramps. They make getting it into the trunk of my sedan and small suv much easier. I still cannot load it by myself but with just a little assistance I can. The chair is very sturdy and maneuvers easily. I had to get used to the joy stick but just took a little practice. I have used it four or five times and the battery indicator has barely moved. It folds very easily. Customer service has been extraordinary. I received a text that the chair would be here on a Wednesday, but then notification for delivery on Monday. Very easy to unpack. I had a question regarding charging the battery so sent an email. In about five minutes someone called me back. Very courteous and helpful! He even told me about the connection on the joystick where you can charge your cellphone. The manual is not very detail but sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised it came with two storage bags, cup holder and back pocket. Overall VERY pleased with this purchase. Even though the weight is too much for me, 67 pounds, it is working out since I am most always with someone that can handle it easily. I like it much better than the scooter.

I’ve owned this chair for a couple of years now and feel confident enough to leave an informed review. I’m an above-the-knee amputee and this chair allows me the freedom and independence of movement because I spend half my time using a prosthetic and the other half in this chair. I purchased an additional battery for it and I have never been left without power on a multiple day vacation in an amusement park with constant use. I find it needing to be charged once every couple of weeks. It folds up easily like a stroller and fits perfectly in the back of our Buick Envision. No need to have an additional carrier attached to the outside hitch exposed to the weather. I’ve also taken it on an airline without any issues, riding it to the jet bridge and it being there at my destination. The airline handlers mentioned that it was much lighter than the typical power chair/scooters they usually handle. Customer service has always been very responsive and helpful with any questions or help that I needed. Bottom line is that this is a phenomenal power chair for portability, durability, and travel distance between recharging. Again, the extra battery is well worth the additional cost. My experience with this chair and company means they will have my future business and recommendation to anyone thinking about buying this chair.

This is a very well-made chair, very sturdy and comfortable, great battery life, easy to fold, the case makes it easy for aircraft crew to handle it. I have two personal issues with the chair both seem to be with the controller, joystick, on a recent trip I discovered that my battery indicator was not working properly and I ran out of power while it's still indicated I had a lot left also when trying to do a forward diagonal the chair would jump ahead instead of moving smoothly. Update: company sent me a New joystick, I will let you know how it works... Thank you to the company for the new part. Update.. with a new joystick this is a fabulous wheelchair. I've used it on long trips numerous times now and on a lot of cobblestone streets and it handles everything like a tank buy it I highly recommend this chair and the customer support
