I bought two large Sensu Exercise Mat's for my new garage gym, and love them! When I opened them up, I was excited to see an offer for a free foam roller set when feedback is provided. I have been using them for a few weeks now and cannot be happier and satisfied with them. I was super happy when I opened them and they did not have that nasty rubber smell, like some other rubber products can have. When I first got them, I was worried that the mats wouldn't be thick enough for my cardio days, but I was wrong. The mats has the perfect amount of cushion to absorb the shock. I love how easy they are to wipe clean at the end of my workout. They also easy to roll up and keep nice in the bag it comes with. The mat is surprisingly comfortable to lay on for those ab workouts, yoga, or stretching. I also like that when the sweat starts to drip, my hands don't slide around when I have to do those dreaded mountain climbers, LOL!! This mat is a very nice size. I’m very impressed with this mat. The durability is what my husband and I were looking for. The thickness and how quiet it is with our individual exercise since I start at 4am. Great for dumbbells, T25 and P90X workouts. The thickness is great. I ordered the large Sensu Exercise Mat and I absolutely love it. It fits the room perfectly and gives me plenty of room to do floor exercises, yoga, and stretching. It has the perfect combination of grip and cushion. Works great with or without shoes. I am out of excuses for working out at home.
