Bought Sensodyne because apparently my teeth had decided that ice water, hot coffee, cold air, and existing in general were all unacceptable. After using this for a while, the sensitivity has noticeably improved. I can drink something cold now without making the same face I make when I step on a Lego. It tastes good, cleans well, and doesn’t feel like I’m brushing my teeth with industrial-strength mint paint thinner.     • I’m giving it fourstars because I dislike the “mouth feel“
Don’t get me wrong, this is an excellent toothpaste. it leaves a somewhat fresh taste in your mouth. In my mind, the biggest drawback is the lack of foam. I think the foam spreads more easily with other toothpaste brands. This gets your entire mouth, giving it that tingly fresh feeling. I end up using my favorite Colgate/crest regular toothpaste to get that lovely foamy fresh feeling. And then I switched to the pronamel to hopefully add its advantages to the mix. This is double the usual amount of brushing. And obviously, I should stick to it because my teeth are significantly cleaner. It’s quite difficult to evaluate the toothpastes on its own merits because I’m brushing double and I think the extra brushing is the real benefit. But let’s wait to hear what my Dentist has to say after she takes a good look at my mouth. She did recommend this particular brand as an excellent toothpaste. ... show more

    • Now my favorite toothpaste
I absolutely love this toothpaste. Unlike other brands, it doesn’t sting my gums at all and feels very good to use. It really helps keep my breath fresh, too. I’m not entirely sure about the whitening part yet, but overall, I love this toothpaste so far

The texture of this toothpaste is pleasant. The taste is minty and not too strong. It cleans my teeth really well, and I've seen improvement in teeth health since switching to this brand. It has trace amounts of fluoride, at safe levels for most people (as long as you use it as directed). After brushing, the freshness lingers for a while. I also really like the large, screw-top lid; I find it easy to use. This toothpaste lasts about the amount of time I'd expect; using a generous amount twice a day, one tube lasts me about a month. ... show more
