I've used Sensodyne for over 10 years, probably close to 20. The quality and usability of this product hasn't changed; I can still drink hot coffee and cold ice cream at will. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that this new formula Fresh Mint is not good compared to the old green one. And, if we're being picky, I miss the Fresh Impact flavor. I bought that flavor exclusively for YEARS and now it's gone. I miss it. IMHO, this is good, but not great, like it used to be. ... show more
