Writing this review after a year with these earphones, I can say confidently that this is the most value for money pair of earphones on the market. From an audio perspective, it has a very balanced sound signature with great mids, which fits all genres of music pretty well. The mic also has good pickup and clarity, and it's an ergonomically comfortable product in the ears. Lastly, I've been a user of Sennheiser audio products for more than 10 years, and if there's one thing that's always bought me back to this brand, it's the build quality and longevity. They still sound the same as the first day, and for the price point (30 USD), you'd be hard pressed to find a better all around pair. The one negative would be that the earbuds could get a bit loose over time, but there's plenty of choices for replacement available.

I have headaches so ear buds and iems is the way for me. With that being said I’m a competitive gamer on Xbox who plays rainbow six siege. For years I’ve heard about these earbuds. Beaulo A pro rainbow six siege player used these for years before moving over to Bose qc. They were called the senheiser 3.0 now the try are called senheiser 300s. I believe the difference now is having a built-in mic. I was unable to find any information. So I have to go purely off my experience. Firstly the fact that these are so light with this powerful a base is actually crazy. I was under the impression the bigger the earbud the more bass, well that’s just not the case with this earbud. Extremely light Powerful bass ( having the right fit tip fixed this) Now for the most important part which I think I’ll have to update later. The soundstage. It’s such a wide open soundstage I wasn’t used to it because I’ve been using cheap turtle beach battle buds. And Before you lose your mind on that here’s my experience on past earbuds. Tin t2 very accurate but too high pitch Blon 03 awesome bass but not accurate soundstage. HyperXcloud falls out of ears Rip OK now back to the turtle beach battle buds. These are so underrated The bass and the soundstage are so good for gaming hell anything music movies etc. my problem with them is they’re very bulky and get uncomfortable after some time and the mic is terrible always getting complaints about how people can’t hear me or whatever. In actuality it’s my fault because I don’t use the boom mic because that’s more pressure on the ear. OK now back to the Sennheiser 300s These are the only earbuds to ever compare to my turtle beaches my only problem is I’m not used to the sound stage yet. Even if I end up not using these for competitive R6, i’m probably gonna use this with everything else just for the simple fact the base is so exciting and it’s so light and I don’t even feel like I’m wearing anything. If I’m able to update I will give an update on the soundstage and how well they work with Rainbow six siege. Sorry for the long write, but I figured I should share my hundreds of hours of competitive FPS earbuds experience, Especially since there’s such little information out there. Update not good for R6 on Xbox. Turtle beach earbuds still king.

These earbuds are great. Very well balanced, not too much bass. Some "higher quality" earbuds I've used all seem to think that means MORE BASS to the point it is ridiculous (looking at you beats by dre). If you use earbuds for more than just listening to music, and especially a certain type of music, then these are for you. Well balanced with different genres and great for gaming, watching YouTube videos, etc.

I stand by this brand but I feel like these aren’t as good as the wireless momentum headphones I only bought them till I can but those but these are great if your in a pinch and don’t have anything else. They don’t have noise cancellation and the audio isn’t the best my Bose headphones sound better so these are gonna be my back ups.

Great sound through the whole range. This is my 3rd pair of this model. The lows, mids and highs all sound well balanced. If you like heavy base these are not for you. But they do produce an adequate and balanced amount of base. They work great for zoom/skype and phone calls. So much better than my laptop speakers. Dialogue is always clear and audible. So are sound effects that are meant to be heard in TV shows and movies as well. I have heard better but only while spending a lot more money, but nothing else in this category.

Sadly, my dog ate my last pair of CX 300S in ear headphones. I bought a replacement pair, but they sounded just awful! The high end was missing, and they sounded congested. Fortunately, I had a spare pair of CX 300S headphones tucked away in my gym bag, and they sounded fantasic! I don't know what Sennheiser did with their manufacturing process, but these are definitely not the same headphones that they sold 3 or 4 years ago. I loved my old CX 300S in-ear headphones, but these are not the same, and I cannot recommend them.
