I have been on the look out for good knives for a while, I've had a few sets over the years that were supposed to be really good knives, but usually the performance doesn't match the price. That is not the case with these knives. The hardest thing I've had issues with is when cutting a spaghetti squash, I was able to cut through without dulling the blade. Tomatoes, Onions, produce that sometimes I struggle with, I've had no issues with these. I highly recommend buying these. Seller was also helpful with questions I asked, and got back to me right away. ... show more
