I searched and read review after review looking for the right sign distributor. None came close to this one. I purchased as Christmas gifts for my kids. They arrived packaged so well. Not a ding or scratch. All the pieces and parts in their own tidy little packages within the shipping box. The colors are VIBRANT. Assembly and hanging are a breeze. The dimmer switches and remotes controls are a must! They make the signs so cool and easy to operate. I love that they don't emit any heat. Not from the power supply or sign itself. They make the perfect night lights for my kids, especially with remote to dim them and set timers. My friends have seen them and loved them so much, they asked for the link to order for their kids, husband's garage, wedding, etc. If you're still looking around at what's out there or what's best, these are it. We got our sign back in July 2021 and the design and quality absolutely lived up to our expectations. Back in October 2022, we had an issue with the sign. I contacted the seller and got a response within 24 hours and they very quickly went above and beyond to correct the issue. Super impressed with both the quality and customer service and if you’re looking to get a quality custom LED sign for a reasonable price, I’d highly recommend this option!

I rarely write reviews, but this one is definitely warranted. I purchased three of the 16 inch signs, for my daughters for Christmas. I was concerned about so many things… would I like the way the sign turned out, would I be able to make changes, would they come in time, would they arrive in one piece? This was absolutely the easiest process ever. They send you a proof via email within one day. If there’s anything whatsoever you don’t like, tell them! They will correct it, and send you a new proof. I asked for multiple changes, and not only were they patient, but the new proof came, within 12 hours. They knew exactly what I was asking for, and made the edits. Additionally, they came so incredibly fast! I swear, I gave my final approval on all three signs less than a week ago. And they arrived today. The packaging was absolutely perfect, there was no way these signs were going to break. I have nothing but positive things to say about the seller. If you are looking to buy a neon sign (LED lights and neon signs are all the rage right now with the kids), don’t even waste your time looking for other vendors. Use this one!
