I drink hot coffee every single morning. I like it to be very hot but most of all I like it to stay hot. I typically find myself nuking my coffee in the microwave about half way through the cup. But now my coffee stays consistently hot till the very last sip! I can’t drink out of any other mug now! ⭐️ Battery life is amazing! Kept my coffee warm 3 mornings in a row without needing a charge. The charging coaster makes it easy to keep it charged even while you’re using it. ⭐️ Love that it comes in 16oz size and with a lid! ⭐️ The color options are great I personally went for the Forrest green color. I love the finish/texture the ceramic coating it feels very luxurious and durable. ⭐️ Super simple to use making it a great gift for anyone! One touch button with three heat settings to choose from. The vibration feed back is nice when you click the button. So far Kepwam is so much better than other high end brand mugs I’ve had and at nearly half the price!

Keeps coffee warm and fits under my espresso machine tap. Only downside so far is that it's very easy to hit the power button by mistake (no push required) and turn the mug off while still drinking from it.

I am overall very pleased with this item. It looks good on my desk at work and works exactly as advertised to help keep my tea warm far longer than it takes me to finish a mug. The build quality feels sturdy, with a heavy base and rubber on the bottom, which keeps the mug from moving around or tipping over. It charges with no issues when the mug is placed on the base, and is secure sitting on the base (whether full or empty). I really enjoy the haptic feedback that indicates when the mug is turned on or off. I used the middle temperature setting, and this seemed to maintain a good temperature that did cool slowly with the lid off. Using the included lid keeps the drink very warm. The coating on the cup seems consistent and sturdy from my use so far. It also looks attractive on my desk. One suggestion to the manufacturer would be to add a memory function, so that it would return to the same temp setting when turned on the next day. I have not yet used the app, but will update with any feedback after I do. Based on my usage of the mug so far, I do not see a need to use the app as it works perfectly without it

I've had the cup about a month now and have not had any problems. A full charge will usually last me about 3-4 uses with having it on about 1-2 hours each time. Keeps it hot although I have to have it on the highest setting. It's so nice not having to warm up coffee while watching a movie, reading or working. It holds 14 ounces all the way to the top and about 12 ounces if you want to use the lid. It cuts off automatically in about 1-2 minutes after all liquid is gone. I've noticed it turned off a couple of times and figured out that I was holding it around the bottom so was inadvertently pressing the on/off button so watch out for that. I like that it's not the stainless steel finish on the inside but I think it might be but covered in sort of a matte ceramic. This is the closest I've found to a full ceramic cup. I don't think it's too heavy. It doesn't fit all the way in my car cup holder but enough to place it in partly.

I've been using this heated mug for my coffee and tea, and I’m absolutely loving it! I tend to sip my drinks slowly, so they usually get cold before I finish, but not with this mug. It keeps my beverages warm for a long time, which is exactly what I needed. What I love most is that the cup has a built-in battery, so it stays warm even on the go. I don’t have to keep it constantly plugged in, which is super convenient. The color is adorable, the handle is comfortable, very sturdy and well-made, and it's very easy to use. The app is also a great bonus! I can monitor the temperature and control settings right from my phone. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves their drinks warm and enjoys a bit of tech with their daily routine

Love the idea and it definitely keeps my coffee warm until it doesn’t. The main problem with it is the location of on/off button. It’s placed where it’s often hit by accident and turns off over and over again.

This was a great, cheaper alternative to the ember mug. It works well when used with the app. Cons: it looks cheap and has a rubber texture, not ceramic like I was expecting. It also will not work well without downloading the app as the power button doesn't exactly work to turn the mug off and on. Finally, it is prone to shutting off unexpectedly, which other reviewers have blamed on a sensitive power button, which may be the case. Overall, if you're looking for a reasonable quality mug, are too cheap to spring for an ember, and you don't mind downloading the app to your phone, this is the mug for you!
