This attachment allows for a more effective range of motion (compared to double-gripping the neck of the bar) on rowing exercises. Additionally, it helps target the traps more than the lats, which was a problem area for me as my home gym has no room for a lat pulldown (okay, and my form is bad). There was no setup involved, no fine tuning needed; I took it out of the box, threw it on the bar, locked it in place, and started rowing. The handgrips are a solid thickness and help get the forearms more involved. I haven't had it long enough to remark on the durability, but it's a heavy/solid feeling piece, and I'm assuming any eventual issues will be with the hinge and fixable with WD40. Overall, this has been a great improvement to my back exercises.

I bought this to do landmine rows and I've been very happy with it. It's very sold, and the rubber grips are comfortable and provide good grip. Also, the attachment loop on the back increases it's versatility by enabling me to add other handles - I've used a short T-bar for Sumo dead lifts as well.

Ordered this T & V attachment landmine bar to add to my home gym. Arrived packaged well, no issues with shipping. It fit perfectly on my 2in Olympic bar. Bar was welded neatly, coated with a matte black powder, very smooth. Bar can be repositioned to use as a T bar or V bar locked in with a pin (That's also attached to bar with a small chain). Handles have a rubber cushion for added comfort, only con is rubber does slide a bit when using bar. Guessing I could add a small amount of glue if they slide an worse than they already are. But not a huge issue. So far bar is holding up well, very easy and comfortable to use. Great product for the price, highly recommend! Included pictures of the landmine attachment. Very satisfied with my purchase. Definetely have gotten alot of use out of this product. If you are on the fence about purchasing this, take the leap you wont be disappointed! However I did deduct 1 star because the cushion pieces do move a bit on handles.
