I got this camera as a prime day deal. I've been looking to get a motion camera for the front of my house and this checked all my boxes. I fully charged it BEFORE setting it up so that once it was outside I could forget about it. The Texas sun keeps it charged all day and it doesn't fall below 90% overnight. Setup and connecting it was easy, the booklet that comes in the box answers pretty much everything. The wire from the solar panel to the camera is a good length and I even had some leftover room that I wrapped around the base Overall I'd definitely recommend this camera for anyone that doesn't want to deal with batteries or hard wiring into their house. I don't use the cloud subscription, I bought a 128GB SD card and it has worked just fine. I wish the camera had a wider angle lense, but otherwise this is pretty much perfect! The solar panel and charging is top notch! I didn’t have a great location for great sunlight. To much tree cover, had to point solar panel to the west. The battery has never dropped below a full charge. Never died and constantly stays full. In shade, during weeks of cloud cover and rain. Full charge. Great picture, great viewing range, the motion controls are smooth, the zoom works great. The downside, the viewing App pretty much sucks. Not a whole lot of options, video play back is confusing, not enough settings options, doesn’t connect to Alexa or any other Home devices. The most important downside. When I first bought this camera. The app actually had a motion tracking feature. You could turn it on and the camera would follow whoever it detected. Then it would return to its set location. I moved, hadn’t used the camera for months. Somewhere in between that time. The app must’ve been updated and that feature is no longer available. I miss it. :( ... show more

I've had this camera for a while now and I must say it's been great. It was very easy to install and charging it up was a breeze. It comes with it's very own SD card installed. The camera it's is very easy to use. Good quality and has features on your phone you can use it to control with. I bought the black camera because I thought it would just look better but it does come in other colors. Weather proof and the microphone feature sound works great. The video has great clarity and the battery life works by solar powered. It does tell you to plug it in and let it charge for at least 10-13hrs hrs before you. I’ve had a multitude of different cameras on my hunting property because I like to watch the wildlife however I also have an issue with poachers. This camera has caught multiple poachers and thanks to the clear picture was able to identify license plates numbers and peoples faces enough for the DNR to prosecute. I have Trail cameras set up, but you always run the risk of them not triggering or after they get stolen the picture can’t send. This camera gives me a piece of mind because it will activate when it sees motion or I can login and view live. I’m extremely happy with The purchase of this camera this camera. Not only provides some security for my property, but more importantly, a piece of mind that I can see what’s happening at any time. The only issue I’ve had is one day it was not uploading the videos to the app after it said it was triggered. This camera works exactly as advertised. The solar panel works great and the clarity and range is amazing for a camera in this price range. The app is easy to use. You can use the companies cloud service to save your videos or micro sd card which is a nice option to have.
