The media could not be loaded. This scooter is a blast! It’s perfect for my son. I tried it out myself and it’s very zippy, smooth and responsive. I absolutely love it. The deck is large enough for two riders and the breaks work great! We have another random brand large scooter but the hand break is so sensitive it literally throws you head forward over the handlebars, lol. This one on the other hand has a nice smooth but firm stop. I also love the undercarriage lighting, the rubber deck and the adjustable handlebars. Everything about it is great! For reference my son is 6 and the handlebar is set to the lowest height. It’s definitely a scooter kids can grow with and quality feels well made. Shoulda got this one first! If I had to complain about something it would be the weight of the scooter. It feels a bit heavy but not overly so. I wouldn’t want to carry it folded up any distance though. And my son needs help taking down the front steps but that is the least. Well worth it. ... show more

Scooter was great at the beginning my 6 year old loved it. It's a good scotter for getting the feel of riding but one of the flaws are the wheels/ tires. The tires didn't hold up. If your son or Daughter uses the breaks hard they will eventually come apart. It only lasted since Christmas. I looked for a spare tire to buy, but they are all sold out at Segway. I did file a claim with Segway waiting to see if they respond and have a fix action. Recommend you tech your child not to use the breaks hard only slowly. Follow up. Segway denied the claim as wear and tear but did provide a coupon for ordering a out of stock tire. Don't waste your money on buying this one spend a little more and get something with real tires for a little more. You can also control the speed on the bigger models. ... show more

Love this Segway scooter! My son is 8 years old and is having so much fun with his newfound independence. The battery charge lasts a long time.
