I was anxious at buying this at first, it seemed to be to good to be true, but I was wrong. This heat press works amazing! The additional presses are great to have. I haven’t used all of them yet, but the cup and tumbler ones work just as well. They are easy to change out. Once you read the instructions s and figure the buttons out it is easy as well. So far the heat distribution is great. I’ve had this for over a year I believe and it still works just the same as the day I received it. Shipping was fast, nothing damaged. The only thing I noticed is there is a tenge of a smell, especially when I first started using it. However, it was brand new and probably happened because of that. Other than that, it was one of the best purchases I’ve made and worth the money!

This is a very good press! I’ve hade for a little more than a year now and I have not had any issues with it even though I use it every day for a bout 4 continuos hours ! Supper easy to use and value for the money.

After a few youtube videos i believe i have ot mostly figured out. I havent changed the plates or attachments yet but the slide out bottom plate is nice and the swing away top plate doesnt take up as much room as i expected. So far i think it is a good value. It does seem to take quite a while to heat up.

The heat plate is hotter than most so whatever temperature you sublimate with or do your vinyl heat transfer with put your temperature lower with this heat press otherwise you will burn your surface. Once you learn the heat settings it's a great buy

Honestly, was on the fence about ordering this, due to the recent negative reviews. Prior to this I was using a easy press 2 which by no means would I recommend, due to so many things, instead spend a few extra bucks, and pick this up! I've yet to try the mug/plate/hat press, but having this for less then a month, I've used this machine to make over 25 shirts, and still going strong. The big thing is to follow instructions that your HTV tells you to use. Proper care and this machine will take care of you.

No directions is really frustrating. Have had it for about 2 years. Mostly used mug press. Tried hat press attachment but never figured it out or got it to work. Just tried another attachment for tumbler and it started smoking 👎🏼

I've had this a few months now. Works great for htv on shirts. The attachment for mugs is tricky and I ended up buying the cricut mug press. Plate attachment is ready enough. Haven't used the ball cap attachment. I've also used it to apply htv to wood and that worked well.

This is my first heat press and it has been very easy to use: it was packaged well and I’ve been able to make new products for my business. I recommend testing out the press with garments you don’t care too much about so you can figure out the best heat settings to use. It does take quite a few mins to come to temp but it holds the temp well. I haven’t had any issues with uneven heating
