Four stars and all the face palms. The bike itself is made quite well. I’m every Bit of 220 pounds at a sold 28 mph. The loss of a star comes from the service. Not that it was lacking, but the 24 hour turn around on a response. Was the responses bad? No, on the contrary. The responses were extremely helpful. The problem that prompted me to need to contact their tech support was a kink in the wire to the throttle. Once the problem was identified the techs at Seemoon were able to send me a replacement. Swapping it out was easy. My major issue was the 24 hour turn around on a response. Regardless of having a US listed number.

Terrible. Bike came missing tons of parts and zero instruction. Finally was able to put it together with many trips to the hardware store. Parts are manufactured and mzchined horribly. Chinese crap ! Almost impossible put together. After 3 hours of finally getting it built, it turns on, but throttle does nothing. Now I have a very expensive boat anchor. Customer service is useless. Avoid this company like the plague. Just FYI I've tried to post multiple reviews and they never approved.

Really cool moto. Needs upgraded rear shock and a better controller for higher top speed. Real top speed of 30mph. Very good hill climbing capability. Good fit for adults

Its a nice bike so far. Its got very nice torque, its about the size if a 125 but jumps off the line like a 250. The tires it comes with are also really nice, good dual sport tires. My only issue is putting the bike together was a terrible experience, if you dont have a bike jack or another person to help then your in for a wild ride. Overall its so worth it, especially if Seemoon makes a 52v battery option like they did with their other bikes.
