For starters, the bike is very simple to put together. I got this for our 14 year old who has dirt bikes but wanted a E-bike for street riding/ dirt riding if needed. Did have a loose connection on 1 harness that I think happened from shipping. Contacted the support team to make sure it was addressed. Got the bike all put together and ready to go, and it only did 16mph. There is a sequence for getting out of demo mode Key off Full throttle Hand brake Key on Park button (3x) Key off After that it will switch to normal ride mode. I am 250lbs 6ft3inches and it hauls me pretty good with suspension at lowest setting. Very surprised with everything considering the price! Horn is loud, lights are bright.
