This is terrific for layering at the front door just to add pizzzazzzz - sure it's just checkers, but looks really cute! Not sure if it's easy to clean - i have it on a covered porch...it'll still get wet, etc. but I've also got a "hello" doormat on it so hopefully it won't get 'dirty' with muddy shoes or anything - it was affordable enough that i'll just buy another before I try to put it in my washer...maybe if i bought a smaller one I'd consider washing it in the future...to me it's an outside rug I'll hose off maybe down the road. It seems heavy enough that it won't blow away or anything so I'm happy with the purchase! ... show more

I put a smaller 2 x 3 outdoor rug on top of this and it looks really cute. This is a lightweight fabric so it dries quickly, but it does blow over easily in the wind. I'd put down some adhesive tape or rug tape to keep the corners down if it's in an area that doesn't have any walls surrounding it if using it outdoors. If using indoors it will definitely need a rug pad underneath because it will slide around on tile or wood floors. ... show more

Love this rug! I’m impressed with the quality, size and “heft” of the piece. It’s the “under rug” and really makes the holiday (pumpkin or Christmas, so far) pop. I never would have thought to do a stacked look, much less use buffalo plaid but it looks great.

The color is vibrant and the rug washes very well. I have this rug in another color/larger size. I bought this one as an extra space for our dog to sleep. That’s why I needed it to be washable.
