PLEASE READ: i was very excited for this product as it was a christmas gift for my mother. sturdy and heavy material! the look is up to par but if you are on the thicker/hefty side these will be very uncomfortable and feel as if you are falling forward in them. as i went to start the return process, i was told to pay for my own shipping to have them returned then a FULL refund will be given. they came in TWO boxes weighing 40+lbs each. as we all know shipping is extremely high and i would not be benefiting at all. i reached out to customer service to see if there was any other action that could be taken. i was offered a $20 refund, then later a $25 refund and to keep the bar stools after i expressed they were not a good fit. after going back and forth with customer service, i settled for a $30 refund with no return/full refund. now i am stuck with bar stools that are uncomfortable and not usable. they will not be getting my business anymore.
